1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy describes how DigiPrompts ("the App", "we") handles information when you use the tools, chatbot and services hosted at digiprompts.io, including the Pinterest API integration used to publish content automatically on behalf of the account owner.
We operate from Spain and follow the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
2. Information We Collect
The DigiPrompts tools and utilities run in your browser. Most data you enter (text, images, form fields) never leaves your device.
When we use external services for a specific feature, we access only the strictly necessary information:
- AI chatbot: the content of your messages is sent to our API (
api.digiprompts.io) to generate a response. It is not persistently stored. - Newsletter: your email is forwarded to Mailerlite with your explicit consent when you submit the form.
- Pinterest API: in automated publishing flows, we access the account owner's access token and the board IDs required to post pins. The App does not collect data from any Pinterest user other than the account owner who has explicitly authorized the App.
3. How We Use Information
- To answer the chatbot and generate content on demand.
- To send the newsletter you subscribed to (you can unsubscribe at any time).
- To publish pins to the authorized Pinterest account owned by the operator.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell, trade, rent or share personal data with third parties for advertising. The only third parties involved are the providers strictly required to deliver the service:
- Mailerlite (email marketing provider), if you subscribe to the newsletter.
- Pinterest, only on the owner's account that has authorized the app.
- Plausible Analytics (cookie-less, anonymous analytics).
5. Data Retention
API access tokens are stored locally on the account owner's server and can be deleted at any time. We do not maintain any external database or logs of Pinterest activity outside of what's necessary for the publishing flow.

Access tokens are stored in environment variables on a private server. We use HTTPS/TLS for all transit and apply reasonable technical measures to protect this information from unauthorized access. No system is fully secure; we don't guarantee absolute security.
8. Your Rights
You may revoke this App's access to your Pinterest account at any time from your Pinterest account settings under "Apps and services." This will immediately invalidate any stored tokens. Under GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, oppose and port your data.

We may update this policy occasionally. Changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
